As part of Stress Down Day everyone is encouraged to spend 30 minutes moving around to help give your mind and body a break from your daily worries. Dr.  Mrša is a resident of the Northern beaches who completed her medical degree at the University of Western Australia, where she graduated with honours in 2007.
Dr. Mrša  has interests in complex medical issues and chronic disease management. She is also experienced in child and adolescent health, she has over 5 years experience working in both pediatric and adult hospitals.

Dr. Mrša has a focus on women’s health as well.
