Manly Screen & Digital Wellbeing Clinic

Digital devices are now a normal part of everyday life. Phones, gaming, social media, streaming platforms and online content shape how we work, learn, relax and connect with others. For some people, however, screen use can gradually begin to affect sleep, concentration, mood, relationships, work, study performance, physical health, or overall wellbeing.

The Manly Screen & Digital Wellbeing Clinic provides a supportive, evidence-based approach to understanding and managing problematic screen and gaming habits in children, teenagers and adults. Rather than focusing on judgement or complete avoidance of technology, the clinic aims to help patients develop healthier, more balanced and sustainable relationships with screens and digital media.

In a coastal community like Manly and the Northern Beaches, there is a strong opportunity to reconnect digital wellbeing with lifestyle, movement, outdoor activity, sleep quality, social connection and mental health. Working with a GP who understands the impact of digital habits on physical and emotional wellbeing can help patients create realistic strategies that fit into modern life.

The clinic is led by Dr Mindy Da, a compassionate and holistic GP with interests in youth mental health, behavioural health, anxiety, lifestyle factors and digital wellbeing. Consultations provide a safe, non-judgemental environment to discuss concerns around screen use, gaming habits, social media use, attention, sleep disruption, family conflict, emotional regulation, study difficulties and general wellbeing.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, or a teenager in your family, the clinic focuses on practical, collaborative and personalised care.

Conveniently located in the heart of Manly, consultations are available online, by phone or in person.
