Manly Gut Health Clinic

Gut health concerns are common and can have a significant impact on everyday life. Symptoms such as bloating, constipation, abdominal discomfort, changes in bowel habits and irritable bowel syndrome can affect comfort, confidence, energy levels, sleep, mood and overall wellbeing.

The Manly Gut Health Clinic provides a supportive, GP-led approach to understanding and managing common digestive health concerns. Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, the clinic considers the broader picture, including diet, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medical history and any factors that may be contributing to ongoing gut symptoms.

In a coastal community like Manly and the Northern Beaches, there is a strong opportunity to connect gut health with lifestyle, movement, nutrition, routine, stress management and preventative healthcare. Working with a GP can help patients better understand their symptoms, identify appropriate next steps and create realistic strategies that fit into everyday life.

The clinic is led by Dr Mindy Da, a compassionate and holistic GP with an interest in lifestyle medicine, preventative health and whole-person care. Consultations provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss concerns such as bloating, constipation, IBS-type symptoms, abdominal discomfort, changes in bowel habits and the impact these symptoms may be having on daily life.

Where appropriate, Dr Da may discuss lifestyle strategies, dietary considerations, further investigations, follow-up care or referral pathways. The focus is on practical, personalised care that supports patients to better understand and manage their gut health over time.

Conveniently located in the heart of Manly, consultations are available online, by phone or in person.

Please book the “Healthy Gut and Lifestyle Check” appointment type for your first appointment. Dr Da will advise you on which appointments to book for any follow-up care.
