Fees and Cancellation Policy


Standard consultation fees apply for appointments at the Manly Women’s Health Clinic. These appointments are privately billed and Medicare rebates may apply for eligible patients depending on the consultation type, length, and services provided.

Some services may have dedicated appointment types available online, including menopause consultations, IUD consultations, Implanon procedures, and antenatal care appointments. Please check the available appointment types carefully when booking via HotDoc or contact reception if you are unsure which appointment is most appropriate.

Certain procedural appointments, including IUD insertion/removal and Implanon insertion/removal, may require an initial consultation prior to booking the procedure.

Appointments reserved specifically for patients may incur a cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time or in cases of non-attendance.

Where are we Located?

The Manly Women’s Health Clinic is located at South Steyne Medical Centre, directly opposite Manly Beach on South Steyne. Easily accessible by public transport and with parking nearby, the clinic supports women from Manly and across the Northern Beaches seeking personalised, evidence-based healthcare across all stages of life.

There are multiple car parks located nearby at Rialto Square and Whistler Street, both offering two hours of free parking. There are also disabled parking spaces located outside the medical centre.
