Please note that Telehealth Video appointments are only available if you have seen a doctor at South Steyne Medical Centre face-to-face in the past 12 months.
Medicare rebates are available for Telehealth Video appointments if you hold a valid Medicare card.
Masks are required at all times to enter or remain at the practice, without exception.

Initial Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP)
Please note that if you wish to book an appointment for an Initial Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), it must be conducted either via video or face-to-face consultation. Unfortunately, phone appointments cannot be used for initial MHCP consultations.
